Southern Rogue Exteriors is a locally owned and licensed exterior remodeling company based in Gold Hill, Oregon. We serve homeowners across Southern Oregon with code-compliant, manufacturer-backed roof, siding, and window installations that are done right the first time.
As a GAF Certified™ Contractor (Oregon CCB #250642), we’re authorized to install complete roofing systems eligible for the System Plus® Limited Warranty on qualifying homes. That means the workmanship and materials are backed not just by us, but by the manufacturer itself.
Our small, steady team takes pride in clear communication, tidy job sites, and follow-through after installation—the details that often get lost with high-volume contractors.

Company History
Southern Rogue Exteriors was founded in April 2024 as an Oregon LLC by the Nuetzman family to fill a simple but crucial gap: bringing national-brand roofing systems to homeowners through a small local team that values personal accountability.
After decades of hands-on experience in exterior trades, the founders saw that many Southern Oregon homeowners wanted big-brand protection without losing local responsiveness. That’s where Southern Rogue Exteriors fits—bridging that divide with manufacturer training, straightforward communication, and local service coverage from Roseburg to Klamath Falls.
